The engine was manufactured by O.S. Engines MFG. CO., LTD. in Osaka, Japan. It took me about 60 man hours to assemble. Since assembly, I have made some minor adaptions, including removing the original mechanical lubricator and adding two hydrostatic lubricators. The engine is a real beauty and runs like a charm. When I fire her properly, I can run for hours on end without a break. When she is running she has great sound with a mean little bark.
